2. About DBK GPU
DBK GPU is an online retailer specialising in the sale of new graphics processing units (GPUs) manufactured by NVIDIA and AMD. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a subsidiary of NVIDIA Corporation or Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. All product names, logos, and brand references remain the property of their respective owners.
3. Products and Pricing
All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product sold or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. Prices are displayed in Great British Pounds (GBP, £) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase will be honoured.
Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our Returns Policy.
4. Payment Terms
Transactions on DBK Renewed GPU may be completed via cryptocurrency, bank transfer, major credit/debit cards, or PayPal. By placing an inquiry or order, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method you select. Payment must be confirmed in full before orders are processed or dispatched. All payment data is handled securely in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
In the event of a payment dispute, chargeback, or unauthorised transaction, we reserve the right to cancel the associated order and recover the goods if already shipped. Fraudulent payment activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.
5. Order Confirmation & Contract Formation
Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s). A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email and dispatch your item(s). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued promptly.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery terms, timeframes, and costs are set out in our Shipping & Returns page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery. DBK Renewed GPU is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or other third parties beyond our control.
7. Returns & Refunds
Our full returns policy is available on the Shipping & Returns page. In summary, eligible renewed products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Defective products may be returned at any time within our warranty coverage period.
8. Warranties
All GPU products sold by DBK GPU carry the manufacturer's standard warranty (typically 2–3 years). Warranty claims must be made directly to the relevant manufacturer (NVIDIA or AMD) through their official warranty programmes. DBK GPU does not provide any additional warranty beyond what is offered by the manufacturer, except as required by applicable consumer protection law.
